The Base Camp

Great for beginners or those returning to fitness after a hiatus! This is a great way to get a base fitness plan and set you up for success! This plan includes 2 workouts per week, a once monthly check in, and unlimited motivation and accountability from me, your coach!

Up the Stairs

The Next Level

This plan is perfect for those familiar with fitness, but looking to take it to the next level. It's perfect for you if you want to make a larger commitment to exercise and get to work. This plan includes 3 weekly workouts,  2 monthly check in's, unlimited motivation and accountability, and one in in person or virtual training session.

The Game Changer

This plan is for my people looking to push their limits! A great plan for those  "dive right in to the shark infested deep end" types (you know who you are!). This plan includes 5 weekly workouts, weekly check ins, unlimited motivation and accountability from me, 2 in person or virtual training sessions and 1 extra planning session to map our your goals for your fitness future.

Hello! My name is Maryann, but you can call me MCON. My journey to fitness starts way back (how far back?) on July 8th 1992, yep thats right, the day I was born. After I made my earthly debut, the labor and delivery nurse looked at my mom and said "This girl is going to know the gym". Honestly, a touch insulting.... but at the same time she was absolutely right! How she knew i'd frequent gyms, sports fields, and fitness classes my entire life is a mystery but needless to say it's in my blood. My journey led me through every sport imaginable in my youth (soccer, volleyball, downhill ski racing, tennis, fencing you name it). When I walked on to the Division I rowing team at Saint Mary's College of California, I was inspired to persue a degree in Kinesiology focusing in health and human performance. I graduated with my BA in 2014, and have 3 years of coaching experience! I am so excited to work with you!

How to get started

Once you chose your plan, you will be prompted to answer a few questions (Name, email.. the normal stuff!), as well as book a 15 minute intro consultation so we can get to know each other and discuss your goals. Once the appointment is booked, you will be prompted to enter the payment type you wish to use for your monthly recurring fee.

My Training Philosophy

For the longest time, working out was all about trying to get skinny. Thats it. Thin was the only goal, which is crazy! Working out is about so much more, and frankly, I'd like to get the word skinny out of our vocabularies for good when we are discussing fitness. In reality fitness is about so much more. Its about physical health, its about confidence, its about mental health, its about life longevity, its about feeling good! Working out is not a punishment, its a privilege! So regardless of your body size, fitness can bring so much to your life beyond your external body image.

When we work together there will be no "12 weeks to sexy abs" taglines, and no "Drop 30 lbs in 10 weeks" gimmicks. I am not a "loose weight fast" or a "bubble butt builder" type of girl. I want to help you reframe your relationship with working out and crate a plan that is sustainable for your lifestyle. Of course everybody wants to see results, and thats great, we will do our best to get you there, but my personal belief is that results come in all shapes in sizes, just like us.
